Returns & Refunds

Due to the limited, handcrafted, and often unique nature of the pieces curated by House of Khatt, all sales are considered final once an order has been confirmed.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, preference, or suitability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, kindly contact us within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by clear photographic documentation, so we can carefully review the situation.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be cancelled before the piece has been prepared for dispatch by our atelier or gallery partner. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at info@houseofkhatt.com.

As many of our pieces are handcrafted, made-to-order, or one-of-a-kind, once an order has entered production, packaging, or dispatch, we can no longer guarantee cancellation, and House of Khatt reserves the right to decline the request at that stage.

We will confirm in writing whether your cancellation request has been accepted. Where accepted, any applicable refund will follow the terms outlined above.

We do not pass your debit/credit card details to any third party.

Where a claim is approved, we will work with you to resolve the matter through repair, replacement (if available), or refund, at our discretion.
