Shipping Regions
House of Khatt currently delivers exclusively within the GCC region.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of each item and are displayed at checkout where applicable.
The shipping fee shown at checkout is all-inclusive. It covers:
- White-glove delivery — your piece is delivered directly to your address, with no separate collection or handling required on your part.
- All local import and export charges incurred in moving your piece from the originating atelier to your address.
- Customs clearance fees at the destination country.
- Applicable duties and taxes levied by the destination country.
There are no hidden or additional charges due upon receipt. The amount shown at checkout is the final amount you will pay for delivery.
Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines vary by product and are clearly stated on the respective product pages. For ready-to-ship pieces, the estimated delivery timeframe is 3–4 weeks, while made-to-order pieces have an estimated delivery timeframe of 12 weeks.
All delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including customs procedures or carrier operations.
Order Dispatch & Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with relevant delivery details.
Delivery is coordinated through our trusted logistics and freight partners. Upon delivery, a proof of delivery record — signed or confirmed by the customer — is retained for our records.
Where an order includes multiple items, these may be shipped separately depending on origin and availability; this may result in multiple deliveries and, where applicable, multiple postings to your payment method.
